1. Install lightning protection devices on display screens and buildings. 2. The waterproof measures of the LED display screen itself and the interface between the screen and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof; The screen should have good drainage measures to ensure smooth drainage in case of accumulated water; Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof measures. The display screen is installed outdoors, often exposed to sunlight and rain, and the dust cover is blown by wind, resulting in a harsh working environment. Electronic devices that are wet or severely damp can cause short circuits or even fires, leading to malfunctions or even fires, causing losses;
3. Industrial grade integrated circuit chips with operating temperatures between -40 ℃ and 80 ℃ are selected for circuit chips to prevent the display screen from being unable to start due to low winter temperatures.
4. Install ventilation equipment to cool down and keep the internal temperature of the screen between -10 ℃ and 40 ℃. Install an axial flow fan above the back of the screen to exhaust heat; When the display screen is working, it must generate a certain amount of heat. 1、 Precautions for operating LED display screens
At present, with the continuous increase of Chinas LED display screen industry, there are gradually more LED large screen displays on the streets and alleys of major cities, and peoples consumption levels are also increasing. LED lighting has gradually been applied to daily life of families. LED electronic displays not only enhance the city image, but also enrich peoples cultural life. This can reflect the rapid development speed of the LED industry, While we enjoy the economic benefits brought by LED electronic screens, some businesses with LED electronic displays do not fully understand the operation and usage precautions of LED electronic screens, which leads to a shortened lifespan of LED electronic displays.
2、 Precautions for switching LED electronic display screen:
1. Switch sequence:
When turning on the screen: turn on the phone first, then turn on the screen.
When turning off the screen: turn off the screen first, then turn it off
(Turning off the computer first without turning off the display screen can cause high highlights on the screen, causing the LED to burn out the light tube, and the consequences are serious.)
2. The time interval between opening and closing the screen should be greater than 5 minutes.
3. After entering the engineering control software, the computer can only be turned on and powered on.
4. Avoid turning on the screen in a fully white state, as the systems impulse current is at its maximum.
5. Avoid opening the screen in a state of loss of control, as the impact current of the system is at its maximum.
Computer A did not enter control software or other programs;
Computer B is not powered on;
The power supply of the C control section is not turned on.
6. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are poor, LED lighting should be careful not to turn on the screen for a long time.
7. When a very bright line appears on a part of the electronic display screen, attention should be paid to turning off the screen in a timely manner, and it is not advisable to turn on the screen for a long time in this state.
8. The power switch of the display screen often trips, and the screen body should be checked or the power switch should be replaced in a timely manner.
9. Regularly check the firmness of the coupling. If there is looseness, please adjust it in a timely manner, reinforce or update the suspension components.
10. According to the environmental conditions of the large screen display screen and control part, avoid insect bites and place rodent repellent if necessary.
