Selection and use of precautions:


1. Please do not alter, decompose or remove the power supply housing. If necessary, please contact our customer service. Do not touch the electronic components on the product when the power is on, otherwise there will be the danger of electric shock or scald.

When connecting the input or output of the power supply, do not turn off the power supply.



2. Please check whether the input and output lines are connected correctly before power-on; ensure that there is no short circuit between input and output; and make sure that the input voltage keeps up with the nominal value of the product.



3. Please choose the screw length of the fixed product according to the product instructions issued by our company. Over-long screw may prick the insulating gasket of bankruptcy products and lead to electric shock.



4. In order to ensure safety and less electromagnetic interference, make sure that the grounding end of the product is reliably grounded. Grounding wire is usually required to be 18AWG or above.



5. When customers choose power supply according to the box, the maximum peak current of the box should be the first sentence, not the RMS current. The peak current of the system box is generally about 30% higher than the effective current. It is suggested that the maximum peak current of the customers cabinet should not exceed the rated output current of our power supply. The peak current should be tested by oscilloscope. If the customer does not have this instrument, our company can provide related services. In addition, to test the RMS current, please use the current clamp meter. Do not use the multimeter to test the RMS current.



6. Install lightning protection equipment on the input side when using this product in the strong lightning striking area or in the building field where the lightning protection measures are not standardized. Or you can contact our customer service staff, our company will provide you with the overall lightning protection solutions.



7. When it is used in humid areas and the product is not in working condition for 24 hours, in order to ensure the safety of your system, please contact the customer service personnel. We will provide you with three-proof power supply products. (Moisture-proof, mildew-proof, fog-proof)



8. The use of power supply is also very important in environmental temperature. The temperature rise inside power supply is directly related to its surrounding temperature. Additional auxiliary heat dissipation devices are needed. If the temperature is too high, the output power must be reduced. In this way, the scientific use of power supply can prolong the service life of power supply and reduce your maintenance costs. (Refer to the temperature drop curve when using)



9. Suggestions for installation and use of power supply: One-time start-up power should not be too large, and the load power of each phase is generally not more than 10 KW. Specifically, it should match the compound that transformer can bear. Three-phase power should be balanced and start in batches with delay. Prevent the unstable power grid caused by excessive AC shock wave during high power start-up.



10. If the display screen needs to pass the national test, or export to Europe or the United States, according to the corresponding requirements, the power supply products with 3C certification, CE certification or UL certification should be selected accordingly.



11. If the power supply system has power factor requirement for the equipment connected to the power grid, it is necessary to select the power supply product with PFC function to reduce the interference to other settings, which can reduce the phase line and zero line current, especially the zero line current. If the input transformer is limited, products with PFC function can be selected to improve the load capacity of the transformer without increasing the power of the input transformer.



12. In low temperature environment, low temperature power supply must be used. The lowest working temperature of conventional power supply is - 30 C, below - 30 C. Low temperature power supply and low temperature power supply - 40 C are needed.
